Find an event
Browse without an account. Filter by town, region, category or date. Times use Africa/Windhoek. Cancelled and fully ended events stay in the archive and leave upcoming recommendations.
Submit an event
Sign in with your existing NamSpace account, accept the account terms, add confirmed dates and an image you have permission to publish, then submit for review. Private contact details are available only to authorized staff. Public pages show the organizer name and official links.
Claim and manage a curated event
Use Claim this event on an eligible public event. Your application and authority references stay private. NamSpace records an authority check before granting event-specific access. A claim, account or payment never grants access automatically. Track requests, provide additional evidence and read feedback in My Events. Incorrect management can be disputed privately. Photos and PDF programmes require separate publication rights and content review. There is no malware-scanning service configured; PDFs are delivered outside the application with download protections.
Public contacts
Approved public organisational contacts are separate from private account and claim contacts. Email and call links open your own tools; WhatsApp appears only when specifically advertised or confirmed. NamSpace does not automatically contact organisers for verification.
Review & corrections
NamSpace checks the submitted information and official source before publication. Approval is not a guarantee of delivery, safety, ticket validity or the organizer's identity. Track status and correction requests in My Events. Editing a published event creates an unpublished draft for review. Cancellation is displayed promptly.
Tickets & cancellations
NamSpace provides discovery. Event organizers and external sellers handle registration, checkout, refunds and delivery. Check the linked provider's terms before paying. NamSpace does not collect ticket funds in this release. Use the official event link for organizer updates.
Report information
Sign in and use Report incorrect information on the event page. NamSpace reviews reports; allegations do not establish wrongdoing. For help, contact NamSpace.
Privacy & promotions
We store submissions, private organizer contacts, moderation history and reports to operate the service. Saved events belong to your account. Aggregate event views and external ticket-link clicks contain no account IDs. Browser Do Not Track excludes these interactions. Featured editorial placement and Sponsored promotions are labeled separately.
