Account sign-in

Identifies a signed-in account. This is not a government identity check or proof of property ownership.

Phone confirmed

Would mean control of a number was checked. Entering a phone number alone does not earn this status.

Identity checked

Would mean identity evidence was reviewed through a defined process.

Agent status checked

Would mean agency or professional status evidence was reviewed.

Authority to advertise checked

Would mean evidence linking the advertiser to this particular property was reviewed.

Availability reconfirmed

The advertiser has recently said that the space remains available. This is not a property inspection.

Agent-status review should check current registration and Fidelity Fund Certificate evidence with the Namibia Estate Agents Board. Accommodation operators should confirm registration requirements with the Namibia Tourism Board. A submitted reference is not proof of a completed check.

Identity, agent, accommodation-registration and authority verification are not accepting documents yet. Do not send IDs or selfies through a public listing or WhatsApp support URL. We will publish evidence-handling and retention details before opening those services.
