Using NamSpace

Use NamSpace lawfully, provide accurate information and protect your account. You must be an adult able to enter a rental agreement, or use the service with an authorised adult. Browse freely; an account is required for saves, enquiries, submissions and account management.

Our marketplace role

NamSpace helps people discover rentals and communicate. Advertisers are responsible for their properties and authority to advertise. NamSpace is not a party to the rental agreement, does not own listed properties and does not guarantee advertisers, property condition or rental outcomes.

Your content

Submit only information and photos you are authorised to share. You retain your rights and permit NamSpace to store and display submitted content to operate the listing service. Remove personal documents and unnecessary private information before uploading. Follow the Listing Rules and Community Guidelines.

Enquiries and rental requests

Use enquiries for relevant rental discussions. Do not spam, harass, discriminate unlawfully or seek passwords or one-time codes. A request or enquiry is not a tenancy or payment commitment.

Availability and checks

Advertisers must update availability. Reconfirmation records an advertiser’s statement, not a guaranteed viewing or booking. Trust indicators only describe completed checks; paying never buys verification.

Moderation and appeals

We may review, limit, pause or remove content and restrict accounts for breaches or credible safety concerns. A report alone is not proof of wrongdoing. We record moderation reasons and provide an appeal route.

Paid products

Checkout is unavailable. No payment is required to access safety information. NamSpace does not collect rent or rental deposits. Specific payment and refund terms will apply before paid services become available.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using NamSpace and request account deletion through support. We may update these terms as services change, displaying the effective date and seeking renewed acceptance where appropriate. These terms do not claim to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
